6/ X-ray inspection for Castings

Castings often have sand holes, which requires a "special" equipment to detect or identify, that is, the X-ray non-destructive testing equipment. It can clearly detect the internal structure of the casting through the principle of X-ray transmission, and easily show the defects such as sand holes, cracks, shrinkage porosity and shrinkage cavities in the casting on the computer screen, effectively find the abnormal conditions in the production process of the casting and provide effective guidance for timely improvement of insufficient processes.
